Cleaning and Disinfection Are Different Tasks
Cleaning removes soil. A disinfectant has a defined use and application procedure; wiping a surface once does not automatically deliver its labeled disinfecting performance. We identify the task instead of using the terms interchangeably.

No Medical or Sterile-Room Promise
We do not guarantee elimination of every organism, prevention of illness or hospital-level sterilization. This scope does not include medical instruments, bodily-fluid incidents, regulated waste or outbreak remediation.

Questions Before You Request Service
Is a disinfectant needed on every surface?
No. The appropriate task depends on use, material and the agreed requirements. Cleaning and targeted disinfection are different parts of a plan.
Can you promise a germ-free building?
No. Recontamination and many conditions are outside a cleaning service’s control. We describe the work and correct product use, not an absolute health outcome.
Is spraying enough?
Not by itself. The label can require preparation, full coverage, a specific wet contact time and sometimes rinsing. The actual instructions govern the application.
